Meet Smyrna Music Producer: Mark Seals

Today we’d like to introduce you to Mark Seals.

Mark, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
Well, I’ve been producing for about 5 years going on. I was inspired by a friend Ariel graham(cecegonline) and that started my career. I sat at the computer completely clueless to how music programs actually worked for hours and hours. At the time I was recovering from eye surgery. I lost my eye back in the 6th grade due to an accident as a child. In 2012, a friend and I were playing around slap boxing and I was gouged in the same eye I had surgery on and from then on I lost all eyesight. The recovery process was tough the sec time around because not only was I an adult now but my priorities changed tremendously. So I took to producing. I fought through the learning process because it only takes 10,000 hours to master something. I love that quote. Iv had minor success but nothing to dramatically change my life. This is my quest to become what I’ve wanted from the moment I touched a midi controller. One of the hottest Atlanta producers period. How would you describe the type of kid you were growing up?
Funny, energetic, risk taker, Hooper. Ball is life

Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
Coming to Atlanta.

I want to become one of the greats in the music industry for creativity and originality.
