Today we’d like to introduce you to Stanley Johnson aka Shawty Bizz.
Every artist has a unique story. Can you briefly walk us through yours?
From eight years old I’ve been hearing my mom say, shut up that noise and take that butt to sleep. It was like being hypnotized or perhaps possessed by this force called music, and everyone else noticed it and still do. Dropping mixtape NAY60RHK60D VILLAIN has stirred up a gang of listeners, and before you know it, you will see that 6lu checc by royal rich Duke picture. By the way, single 6lu checc and My name ring 6ells in the hood is buzzing from the east coast to the west coast so don’t be surprised if you see me and my crew Royal Rich Empire in a city near you very soon. Led by my manager ShawtyBizz(@stanleyjohnson2116) hotter than Jermaine Dupree and just as hott as p.diddy Asap Dynasty Entertainment ‘Taking the industry by storm.”
Please tell us about your art.
Well pursuing to be this new millennium hott manager born and raised in Atlanta, I decided to go deeper than just management, I didn’t create artist development, but I focus on the soul of an artist being displayed when it comes to visuals. I would say I specialize in getting artist prepared for the big leagues or if they would like to stay independent that’s fine also. With over 20+years of experience, research and trial, and error, I guarantee I can tell you what not to do. Lol. Over everything, I’ve invested a lot of time, finances, and a lot of, (or we their yet nights), but I do this because I love it and if you love your art whatever it is. Invest! Invest! Invest! In your dream….it may cost a dime but you will be glad it wasn’t in vain when you reap that first dollar.
What do you think about conditions for artists today? Has life become easier or harder for artists in recent years? What can cities like ours do to encourage and help art and artists thrive?
I think the conditions for the artist have come slightly harder. Sometimes regardless of how talented you are if you’re not rolling with the trend like artist Lil baby says, you gone mess around and drown off dem waves. But the hope of it all is that you take your dream as a career….oh looks different already huh. Good, now I have your attention. This is a business, have tough skin, and keep on going until you win, period. Atlanta need more native aliens to be a part of keeping this music capital more brotherhood by helping those who is helping themselves. Maybe then we can get more exposure on inspirational, and positive music, instead of always praising the same things that are influencing our younger generation to commit more crime, more curiosity in relationships, who the tuffest and number one of these…who have the most money. Calling all Elite music artist here in Atlanta. LET’S MAKE ATLANTA GREAT AGAIN! You heard that first here.
How or where can people see your work? How can people support your work?
