Today we’d like to introduce you to Steve Pacholski.
Steve, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
A little other three years ago I wasn’t approached by Bill Dobbertin, a long time Videographer/Photographer and family friend, about starting a company focused on producing quality content for musicians and Bands.
After some brainstorming, we came up with Gig Pump Magazine. Since then it has grown to more than we had initially anticipated. Quickly realizing that artists needed a platform to share and promote their Events. We started sponsoring and covering local open mics and singing competitions. We would then produce videos for the artists in the events. We currently have over 100 sponsored events on the calendar in 2020, including The Songwriters Sessions at The Canton Theater, The Original Series at The Rock N Taco Roswell and Georgia’s Got Talent Soon, we plan to have Live Broadcasts from events all over NW Georgia.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
For us, it has been hard to fund the production of all the videos we create, initially 100% by us. Finding sponsors through local businesses and venues proved helpful last year. And this year we hope to find enough sponsors to cover the majority of the production costs for the Magazine in 2020.

Gig Pump is an online music media and event promotion magazine. We are known for event promotion/sponsorship and high quality video content.
