Today we’d like to introduce you to Tabitha Lawhorn.
Tabitha, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
Growing up, I blossomed at a super young age… one thing that grew rapidly at that time were my breasts. I was so insecure and unhappy with how I looked. I was made fun of by the other kids, so I covered my body for years. Once I entered adulthood, I started to grow a little more fond of my breast, show a little more skin. I was then criticized for always showing too much cleavage, which brought me to an insecure place once again. One day (seems like overnight), I woke up with this sense of empowerment. I decided to NOT care what ANYONE had to say about me, my body, nor my largest assets, my breast so I started an organization and Movement that caters to and uplift all of my large breast sisters out there, no matter the nationality, shape, or size. I celebrate them raw and uncut with the Big Titty Movement!!
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
The road has been smooth for the most part. Some of the minor struggles I’ve had was being indecisive about moving forward with this Movement, especially considering that I am referencing to the breast. I feel that it’s okay to rock your cleavage with class and okay to feel sexy; however, I don’t want this movement to be over-sexualized.
Please tell us about B.T.M.
The Big Titty Movement specializes and is known for empowering and uplifting women and teaching them how to embrace their bodies and large boobs! I want women to feel as if their boobs are powerful, which they actually are. I mean, they are used for different situations. I am most proud of what we have accomplished so far and also what’s to come. We have Titty tanks, Breast Cancer Awareness Titty Tanks, events, hosting, as well as working on a bra drive to collect new bras and pass them on to shelters and women in need. What sets us apart is being brave and bold enough to push this movement from city to city.
If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
If I had to start over, the only thing I would have done differently is started this Movement years ago. I slept on myself way too long!
