Meet Tarys Wilson and Margarita Moore of Just Nailed It!

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tarys Wilson and Margarita Moore!

Tarys and Margarita, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
We started this business small with just me and my best friend Margarita Moore. We decided since there aren’t a lot of black women owned nail salons nor press on business. We would start one that’s affordable and custom !With me having a child made it hard to find work that balanced my hectic life! Me and my partner worked hard to make this a great achievement. Hoping other women will follow their dreams and goals!

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Honestly it wasn’t an easy road but so worth it. Making orders printing labels and hoping our customers were as happy as we are with Making them was one of the hardest things to do!

We’ve been impressed with Just Nailed It!, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We make shades of every color that African American women can wear. We also specialize in custom artwork as well. A nail set that every woman would love and want to buy. Very affordable and beautiful! We’re so proud that a lot of women are already buying and loving our shades and designs! Why buy for an acrylic set that you pay an arm and leg for when we can make the same set for less!

Are there any apps, books, podcasts, blogs or other resources you think our readers should check out?
