Today we’d like to introduce you to T’Era Thomas.
So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I started out working in the administration field, working 6a-2pm M-F doing the same boring tasks day in and day out. One day a friend of mines asked me to walk his dog. So I did. While walking his pup something just came over me this energy this great force. I went on with my day and got another call from a friend asking for assistance with her dog. I said, sure of course. While doing these walks, I had such a great feeling of peacefulness. That day I decided to jump into the pet industry. After completing a certification course in veterinary assistance, I then quit my administrative job and jumped in the animal world. I worked as a dog daycare technician and then moved on to becoming a bather. Volunteering at multiple animal shelters to gain more knowledge and of course the pets 🥰.
After all the knowledge I gained in my few years in the industry, I decided it was time to make a name for myself and take the risk-off starting my own pet service business. We cater to those busy pet parents who need a little extra help from doggy taxis to scooping the poop out of your yard we do it all with a in home feel so your pet never feels like he/she is just another pet in a kennel with loud barking all day and night. We go on dog trips and free run in a private location dog park. It took a lot of grinding and early mornings and late nights to get it to where it is today 1.5 years later and we are being to expand and looking forward to having a brick and mortar within the next year or so.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
I had to struggle with marketing and getting my name out there. Just trying to be different and offer something new and fresh.

We cater to those busy pet parents who need a little extra help from doggy taxis to scooping the poop out of your yard we do it all with a in home feel so your pet never feels like he/she is just another pet in a kennel with loud barking all day and night. We go on dog trips and access to fenced private location dog park. We also have organic all-natural doggy treats and as of May 2020, we have launched our custom doggy t-shirt collections.

Honestly myself. I did everything by myself with minimum physical support and some mental support here and there but I Pushed myself as well as did my research.
