Today we’d like to introduce you to Tiffani Alvaran.
Tiffani, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I’ve always been into visual arts. While in elementary school my art teacher realized my natural passion for art and recommended me for a scholarship. I was awarded an art scholarship from world-renowned baseball player Hank Aaron which allowed me to attend art classes across the city of Atlanta at high prestige programs such as at the Atlanta High Museum of Art. I followed my passion and attended Georgia Southern University where I received my bachelors in Graphic Design and Fashion Merchandising. I knew I would become an entrepreneur but I never knew that I would create my own branding agency. After receiving many request from friends and family to design for them, I realized that other people loved and benefited from my talents and this is how I created Boss Babe Branding in 2016. The very first day I launched my business I received an order for a logo from a client that was not a friend or related. This order confirmed that I could grow this business into something big.
I currently have helped develop over 500 businesses launch and grow through design and branding strategies.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
The road has been more smooth than bumpy luckily. As a small business owner who is managing her business all on her own, I have to wear many hats to keep the business moving. I have definitely had times where I wanted to quit and start applying for jobs but I told myself to keep my focus and energy into my business because I love what I do. I am still learning and as my business keeps growing, I understand that there will always be tough times and that hiring a team will help lift some of the weight off of my shoulders.

Boss Babe Branding is a Graphic + Website Design Branding Agency. We specialize in helping female entrepreneurs launch and grow their businesses. We are known for our feminine and clean designs. We are most proud of seeing the businesses that we have worked for grow and return to us for help so we can help them keep growing their empires. We stand out from the others because of our creativity, energy, and authenticity. We also not only design but we also coach small business owners and teach graphic design courses.
If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
If I had to start over, I would have done more marketing in the beginning phases of launching.
