Today we’d like to introduce you to Tim Hardeman.
So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I attended Georgia Southern in 2009. I transferred to Georgia State in 2011 and became a licensed agent in 2012. Then I graduated Georgia State in 2013 (Finance), learned the business from top 5% Keller Williams agents and formed a team in 2015. Associate Broker in 2017.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Start up with no money in 2012

Hardeman Real Estate is a full service real estate team operating within the Keller Williams umbrella. We specialize in the North Atlanta market and help clients buy and sell residential homes, condos, and townhouses. Known for a high touch personal approach to client relationships. Extremely detail oriented throughout the home search and sale process. Averaging 22 days on the market, sales to list price ratio of 99.2% compared to a market average of 96%. Which means more money in less time and less stress for our clients. Most proud of our team and the culture and values we’ve built around us. It all starts with the right people and we have the best in the industry.
