Meet Tori Lenee of Luxury By Lenee in Buckhead

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tori Lenee.

Tori, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I was born and raised in Chicago Illinois, I’ve always been a girly girl and had a thing for beauty and helping people so it only makes sense that I would do something in the beauty industry. Living in Chicago, you see so much and I knew that there was more out there and I wanted to go get it. I met my boyfriend who I started dating in 2017 and was currently residing in Atlanta. He convinced me to come here. And I moved here in 2018. I had already been selling hair and lashes for about almost a year. But I wanted to do more. I took a lash class January of 2019. And I’ve been dedicated ever since! It takes so much practice and patience to master the craft! But I love it!

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No. It for sure has not been a smooth road at all! Getting clientele was probably the biggest. Getting people to not only see what I’m doing but trusting me enough to do it for them. But I never gave up and I’m never giving up! That’s Probably something else that I’m most proud of as well!

Please tell us about your business.
I sell hair extensions. I recently just started selling lipgloss and I provide mink eyelash extension services. I’m probably known more back home for selling hair and in here in Atlanta for doing lashes. I’m most proud of as a company is the customer service I provide. If something is not right I will fix it for my clients right away! If I’m wrong I will say oh right away and see how I can rectify with my clients. I think that and my style of lashing and the quality of the products I provide is what sets me apart as well.

What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
The proudest moment was just this past January when I moved into a salon home and decided to take my lashing to the next level. I literally stepped out on faith and since then it has not been one week that I do not have clients.
