Today we’d like to introduce you to Krystal Conner.
Krystal, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
K. Conner Consulting, LLC is a full-service consulting firm located in Atlanta, Georgia, that specializes in leadership coaching, speaking, and training for corporations and individuals.
After working in a leadership capacity in multiple industries, I discovered that many of my peers were unhappy, burnt out, and just going through the motions. The pressure of being a success, had so many individuals, including myself frustrated and stagnant. I started the company out of my desire to see others thrive and walk confidently in their purpose.
The K. Conner Consulting team consists of myself and Dr. Louis Lynn. Our team has years of experience in business and entrepreneurship, as well as leadership development. We maintain a client first mentality and our clients are our first priority. We work diligently to ensure that we exceed
their expectations with every interaction by anticipating and fulfilling needs, and providing top-notch, customized services consistently.
Has it been a smooth road?
The road has definitely not been a smooth one. More of the struggle is internal than external. I have fought many battles of the mind in which I doubted my ability, my qualifications, and my gifts. Fighting through the “imposter syndrome” that told me that I really shouldn’t be trying to help anyone else when I didn’t have everything perfectly in order. In addition, the fear factor kept me paralyzed for months before actually launching the company. I worried about failing or looking foolish in front of everyone.
My advice to women and particularly young women is to just do it. DO IT AFRAID IF YOU HAVE TO. Don’t allow fear to stop you from following your dreams and purpose. Surround yourself with individuals that will support your dream, push you when you are ready to quit, and be your biggest cheerleader when you win. Silence the voice that tells you that you aren’t good enough by showing your receipts – your wins, your accomplishments, the examples of how you have helped other people. Every time the voice tries to discourage you, shut it down.
Trust God and His plan for your life, and have faith that everything has a purpose!

I am especially proud of two of our company programs: #HipWomen and Influencer University. These programs are specifically for women and for Millennials.
#HipWomen stands for Healed through your identity in Christ and walking in your Purpose. This program helps women discover who they were created to be so they can heal from past hurts and overcome self-limiting beliefs in order to achieve their dream life and walk in their God-given purpose. The program seeks to create a community of support for women so that no woman ever feels like she is the only one “going through”!
Influencer University is a group of programs, courses and events specifically for influencers, and millennial men and women. Some of our offerings include millennial mastermind and purposed.
Millennial Masterminds are 6-10 week courses that bring a group of people together to analyze, review and offer each other essential feedback on a specific topic or idea. Being a part of a mastermind group gives access to power and energy that gives us the ability to accomplish
great things. The Millennial Mastermind focuses on growth and development in a collaborative environment.
PURPOSED is a 12-week course that works with Millennial men and women to discover their purpose and receive practical guidance on how to embrace and operate in their purpose. The course includes topics such as branding, communication, networking, relationships, wealth building, and community building.
Our focus on growth and development begins with helping individuals understand who they were created to be. We start with that because until one understands who they truly are, they cannot be sure of what direction to go in. Our focus on an identity before anything else sets us apart from others.
Which women have inspired you in your life?
I am inspired by so many women. Of course, my mother and both of my grandmothers inspired me because of their strength and determination. I am inspired by my sister because of the accomplishments she has made against the odds. I am inspired by my friends who are always pushing towards excellence. I am also greatly inspired by my own coach who has a commitment to God that constantly pushes me to seek that same relationship and commitment.
