

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tremayne Williams.
Tremayne, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I’ve always been a people person and I love to sell! I’ve sold everything from cars to gym memberships. I feel like I’m the best seller in the world. Before I did real estate, I owned my own party bus business.
I’ve always had a passion for real estate, Luxury real estate at that. I said to myself I would be the number 1 agent in Atlanta for real estate. I’m not but I’m working towards that goal as we speak. By having a vision and plan of coming into the business, I’ve been able to execute successfully. I have a lot of high-end celebrity clientele that reaches out to me via my popular Instagram page which is @atlantaluxuryhomes_.
Today I’m making my mark in Real Estate in Atlanta. I currently have a 2.9 million dollar listing in Buckhead which is the home of a famous celebrity. (Let me know if you have any buyers.)lol, I’m super blessed to be in the position I’m in and very happy because I’m doing what I love.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
No, not a smooth road, I don’t think anything is a smooth road.
One of the struggles I’ll always remember when I first got in the business was an old acquaintance from college looking for a property. She had her preapproval so I assumed she was ready to buy.
The first weekend she wanted to see properties I was in Vegas and my son also had an all-star game that weekend so I missed both. The following weekend she wanted to see properties and my son had another game. I chose to stay in Atlanta and show her properties with her kids while I missed my son game. I figured I needed to make money to provide for my son which is why I chose to stay.
Needless to say, my son won his championship game and when Monday came around, I asked the young lady which property she decided on. Her reply was that she’s just going to wait a while.
I’ll never forget that and it makes me question buyers to this day. Because we don’t make any compensation unless a deal is made. So not only did I not get paid I missed a very important moment in my son life.

I’m a Licensed Realtor who sells clients properties and assists with any purchases.
I’m known for getting the job done no matter how big or small and for my popular page on Instagram.
I’m most proud of helping and guiding clients thru the process of real estate. Most are uneducated in the field and I live giving them the knowledge.
I’m not sure what set me apart from others because I’m not concerned with others. Everyone has their own race to run. I do like to treat clients as if they’re a family member. So that may help.
So, what’s next? Any big plans?
One of my biggest plans is to open up my own firm. In order to do that you have to be an active agent for three years. My three years will be this September. Look out for Atlanta Luxury Homes coming soon!
