Hi Ty, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
It all started with my love for boxing as a youth. It was a way to build confidence and protect myself. My love for helping others was an easy transition considering the fact that I can use boxing to reach more people. I eventually connected with some great people Coach Cairo and Coach Ray. We are forming an empire in the boxing and fitness world today.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
If it’s easy, is it worth it? It is hard work. Being the new guys and coming in making noise as well as producing winning results. When you shine your light… you will attract butterflies and moths. So, I stay focus on the good that gravitates towards me. Naysayers are just that. My blessings were sent to me.

If we knew you growing up, how would we have described you?
I would consider myself an introvert in my early years. As I grew older and more confident…speaking my mind became second nature. I love sports, music, poetry, and art. Anything that takes time and discipline is fun to me. Pushing others to be the best version of themselves is my calling.
