Beyond Glamorous Beauty Company came to life in 2018, by way of Master Hair Stylist, Salon Owner, and Healthy Hair Enthusiast, Vee Sheppard. Her passion for healthy hair and beautifying women started at a young age. Being a third-generation salon owner and stylist, she knows her craft like the back of her hand. After 10+ years of professional experience, she had tried just about every salon-quality hair product on the market! She still felt they all lacked major components of maintaining healthy textured hair. So she decided to create her own all-natural organic formulas to specifically help our curly, kinky, and coily crowns flourish!
After one year of research and testing, she formulated the GLAM & GROW HEALTHY HAIR SYSTEM! Since then, she has helped thousands of women fall back in love with their natural hair, including herself! She founded Beyond Glamorous Beauty Company with the intentions to go far beyond just producing high-quality beauty products. But to ultimately remind women of their worth and how truly beautiful they are! Being a wife and mother, she understands women wear so many crowns! All while making it look effortless, no matter how heavy it may be! We believe you deserve to feel… BEYOND GLAMOROUS!
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
I would definitely consider my journey to have been favored by God and directed by his will. There have been many obstacles, especially being a self-funded, small black-owned business. I truly believe everything I have endured has shaped and molded me into a better businesswoman!

Beyond Glamorous formulates and hand makes all-natural organic beauty products. We are currently known for our Glam & Grow Healthy Hair System, which is a compilation of premium hair care products that work together to stimulate hair growth. While promoting length and moisture retention in naturally curly, kinky, and coily hair. We are most proud of our commitment to using quality ingredients and all-natural formulas free of harsh preservatives to enhance and nourish our crowns!
So, what’s next? Any big plans?
I certainly tend to dream big when I think of Beyond Glamorous future endeavors! We already have thousands of women that absolutely love our products, we can’t wait till they can walk into a local store and grab their favorite glam goodies! As far as up and coming projects, we have been looking into skincare being one of our up and coming releases!
