William Winfield is a 29-year-old certified professional speaker, Education consultant, Minister, and Author. William is also a Father of two wonderful sons and a beautiful daughter, a husband to the most beautiful Queen in the world, Jennifer! William has over five years of experience in public speaking, mentoring and coaching, William is one of the most sought-after motivational speakers for inspiring and activating students and educators in America.
His own life experiences, such as being in Foster care, homelessness, losing a football scholarship, raised by a single mother, and being molested have prepared him well and have made him an expert in his field. His transparency, honesty and heart-felt desire to inspire people to achieve greatness is what sets William apart.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Not all and life shall never be, which is why it is always key no matter to keep going. The top struggles I had to deal with was suicidal thoughts and homeliness.

I equip Students, Student Athletes, and Administrators with tools to resolve internal and external conflict, increasing productivity and decreasing burnout to maximize student engagement and post graduation opportunities. I am known as the guru in Social, emotional learning which is where the name “internal conflict guru.” What sets me apart is that we don’t do what we do for popularity, to be seen, or even money. We truly do what we do to make the world a better place.
Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
Favorite childhood memory is when I finally go back with my mom after being in foster care for months.
