Hi Ylexsis , we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I’ve always been tapped into the spiritual realm, but thought it was normal. My dad is a faithful minister. Which influenced me to be very active in a separate church. My spiritual/ healing journey started in 2016 when my eldest brother passed. He was a huge inspiration to the community. Once he transitioned something in me shifted. I wasn’t aware that I was on my journey until 2019. Having to face my emotions boldly.
The very people that I loved in my life were the ones attempting to control my energy. As if they were a puppet master. I guess that made me Pinocchio for a while. Once I began to realize people were manipulating my frequency, I knew I had to learn how to spiritually protect myself. As a newcomer with no guidance, I began to seek esoteric knowledge for spiritual protection. This is what inspired me to start my own business called Esoteric Dreamz.
Esoteric Dreamz is a way for me to assist, spiritually inclined beings with protecting their Divine Essence from known and unknown sources. I provide the proper tools and products necessary for energetic shielding.
Consistency is what gets me through. No matter the external circumstances, validations, or opinions I remain grounded and show up daily. I keep the faith and knowing that everything works out for me, because I’m walking in my purpose. The Alpha will become the Omega.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Nothing valuable starts off smooth, in my opinion. Anyone who has taken the road less traveled can tell you that pressure creates Diamonds. You have to build, grow, learn, and mold into something desirable. The same for my journey.
Coming from a family deeply rooted in Christianity I was fearful about leaving religion. Releasing what I was brought up on to venture into the unknown. I had to stop caring about what they would think and focus on my content reaching the conscious community. Thus Spiritual Spank was created.
I’ve been in a mentally unstable relationship for 8 years, thinking if I choose myself that I would be the person who broke up the family. I enabled all of my partner’s bad habits. Poured my all into a person who saw me as property. I Wasn’t allowed to go to events, wear certain clothing, have friends, or see family.
Im grateful for those moments, because it made me stronger. I had to see the parts I played in the relationship and how I was allowing unacceptable behaviors slide. Devaluing my worth. I learned how to set firm boundaries, stand up for myself, and make my own decisions.
I took risks like quitting my job and moving out of state, while focusing solely on my business and talents to provide for me and my offsprings. All of those actions flopped. I had to see the harsh lessons and learn from them. I grow and learn more about myself through each learning experience in my life and for that Im grateful.

You have to be aware of energetic vamps in your “sleep” as well. I feel that dream protection is as important as physical protection, due to Astro bullying/ attacks etc.
Im known for many gifts and talents. My social media content (Spiritual Spank) is motivational, creative, healing, knowledgeable, and authentic. Showing the world that it’s ok to be exactly who you are. No matter how weird or outspoken that may be.
Im a certified Reiki Practitioner and a certified Tarot Reader. Specializing in sending clear and accurate messages/ healing to the world. Making me proud to be of service to others with my DreamCatcherz and actively healing the people with my gifts.
Do you any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
I stayed in Decatur at the time. In elementary I asked my parents if I could get this glow in the dark skull from a science fair catalog at school. Living with four of my brothers I didn’t think I would get it. They actually bought it for me! It opened up by the sutures and you could anatomically remove all of the parts including the mandible! Weird for a fourth grader I know, but I’ve always loved anatomy and physiology.
