I’m your local Realtor and owner of Miss Fancy Pants Boutique! Many people who want to achieve success in life, career or business fail to do it because they don’t know what it takes to be successful and how the road to success looks like. Most people know me as nice, friendly, knowledgeable and sweet, some people think my accomplishments are big, but they don’t know I failed 75 times before accomplishing anything on my 76th time!
I might not be as popular as many people, nor my story is that inspirational but the reason I had to tell it is that it will allow you to conclude some concepts about success! My mission has always been to positively impact the life of every person I meet! God put vision and dream in front of me and it was up to me to take the leap of faith.
When I first decided to start a business, people made fun of me, including the closest ones. Few years later, after experiencing lots and lots of rejections, I managed to become respected and successful local business owner.
Many people wondered how a foreign girl from Bulgaria can do it!
I came to USA in 2006, I worked in Mcdonalds for five years, while everyone thought I was just the foreign girl with accent, flipping burgers, I built a wealth of knowledge and was able to stand out by simply being ME! In 2012, I became general manager for a chain of 2 local frozen shops in Marietta and I was able to show my outstanding work ethic and gain a lot of knowledge in business! In 2016 I completed a 12 months business class and decided that ill start a business, I was determined – I had the knowledge, the passion but I was missing the funds…well..after long research I found amazing drop shipping vendor of children’s high quality boutique clothing,with $50 in my account I purchased my domain and started my website..The rest is history, after almost two years and extremely hard work I became the local go-to person for cute and trendy children’s clothing, I gained customers from all over the USA and over the world, including Germany.
In 2018, I decided to pursue my passion for real estate! Don’t ask me! I don’t know where it came from but I know that I had the vision to help as many people as I can become homeowners! All I had to do is trust God, I knew that is hard but my drive to positively impact people put me in a position where I was able to stand out of the crowd! My business is built all around the guiding principle – It’s all about my clients! In a short amount of time, I was able to create life long relationships because my business is all about relationships, not sales!
My biggest accomplishment up to date is the positive impact of the life of every person I meet.

Oh, definitely not a smooth road, a lot of bumps on the road and big potholes but you got to remember – God doesn’t teach you to swim just too drawn!

I have two businesses:
Miss Fancy Pants is trendy kids online boutique. My goal is simply to have good quality clothing at affordable price! As a mother, it is very difficult to find that perfect outfit that would convey my kid’s style and personality without breaking the bank. That is why Miss Fancy Pants was conceived.
My real estate business:
I am a local well-known Realtor in Metro Atlanta. I bring knowledge and expertise about buying and selling real estate. I stand up from the crowd! During the entire process from start to finish, I always represent my clients best interest! My real estate business is built all around the guiding – It’s ALL about my client! I take pride in the services I provide and I have testimonials that can attest to my professionalism, outstanding service, and fantastic negotiation skills.
