Meet Zahria Harvey

Today we’d like to introduce you to Zahria Harvey.

Hi Zahria, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I started when I was in college as a way to bridge the gap between people who were interested in going to college and not really sure where to begin and those who weren’t knowledgeable about college at all. I then branched out to making content that really let the world see my day to day life. The people really enjoyed my personality and things skyrocketed from there. Just last year, I launched my own cookware line and sales have been pretty steady. I am currently in the process of looking for new items that my audience will love.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I would say everything has been smooth so far besides having to basically teach myself everything and never really having anyone to reach out too. Another road bump would be consistency. With social media moving so fast on a day to day, you have to keep up with the trends in order to keep your content at the top of the algorithm.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am known for creating cooking videos on Youtube. I present it in a way where it seems fun and easy to do and not so much of a chore. From there, I decided to drop my own cookware line and that did extremely well on launch day. I am now looking for new products to add to keep my customers interested.

Are there any books, apps, podcasts or blogs that help you do your best?
Fun fact: I actually listen to “blessed” by Jill Scott as a daily mantra to being appreciative for what I have obtained and what I will in the future.
