Today we’d like to introduce you to Autumn Hartman
Hi Autumn, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Back in 2012, I was ready for a change. With a background in client relations, I’ve always loved making people feel special. I’ve always had a soft spot for florals, so I decided to give it a shot.
Following a mentor’s advice, I started experimenting with floral arrangements to see if it was a good fit. Little did I know, it would blossom (no pun intended) into a full-fledged business.
While planning my own wedding and helping a friend with hers, I found that event planning came naturally to me! Now, with hundreds of events under our belt, we’re excited to celebrate our 13th year in business.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The wedding and hospitality industry is full of constant change. Every client has a different, and unique vision for their event. Which is something we always encourage. A wedding should be a time where friends and family walk away seeing your love story and personalities come to life. Creating a unique event, every time is something we pride ourselves on. This of course creates obstacles and challenges as a templated or generic event is not something we will ever do. Because of this, we approach each change with confidence, courage, and excitement. We love to see how every event unfolds and writes a story of its own. Also.. as our company continues to grow.. we of course face struggles. The rise in product costs, staffing needs, and just your day to day tasks as a business owner can at times be a lot. Seeing happy clients makes all of the hard work worth it!

We specialize in creating one-of-a-kind events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations. We’re known for our attention to detail, personalized service, and ability to bring our clients’ visions to life. We’re most proud of the lasting memories we create for our clients and the positive impact we have on the community. What sets us apart is our passion for our work, our commitment to excellence, and our ability to approach each event with creativity and flexibility, turning potential setbacks into opportunities.

Ryan Hartman.. my husband, and best friend! Without. him many events would have not happened!
