Hi Cannon , we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I started music when I was 16 I had a real addiction to writing short stories but my short stories sounded like raps so one day my cousin found a book which I kept my short stories in he said to me that they sounded more like raps because of the way they were written so one day we went to a mutual friend’s house he had a studio where they made beats he told my cuz read these to the beat I never looked back I put the time and effort in perfected my Kraft worked landed my first industry feature and went to the radio never looked. Back
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It was not a smooth road I had to get it from the mud sleeping in cars to travel with no funds
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I’m a rapper slash song writer but I specialize in rapping I’m known for being the only artist from my hometown to make it to fm radio and I’m mostly proud that I did it without help
We all have a different way of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
Success to me is any form of moving forward in a positive light
