Hi Celi, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Ever since I began working after graduating from accounting school, I had a deep sense that being limited to a desk job wouldn’t fulfill my life. However, it wasn’t until I made the life-changing move from Venezuela to the United States and embarked on a new chapter that I discovered I could turn my lifelong passion for organization and style into a thriving business. This endeavor wouldn’t only bring personal fulfillment but would also enhance the lives of my clients.
I took a bold step and established my own business to pursue my passion, and every day since has been filled with happiness. Throughout this remarkable journey, I’ve realized that my talent for organizing spaces also has the power to change lives by instilling order, efficiency, and balance. Witnessing these transformations and the positive influence we bring fuels my passion and motivates me to continually enhance our services.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Certainly, it hasn’t been a completely smooth journey, but the challenges have been valuable learning experiences. Starting from scratch in a new country where I had no connections was certainly a challenge. I had to work hard to make a name for myself in the industry and create a network from the ground up. Learning as I went along was another significant challenge. Every client and project brought unique demands and opportunities for growth, and I had to adapt and expand my skills continually.
Balancing the demands of being an entrepreneur (working 24/7 ha!) while also fulfilling my roles as a mom, wife, and friend was a constant juggling act. It required careful time management and prioritization.
However, the satisfaction and sense of accomplishment I’ve gained along the way have been incredibly rewarding. Seeing the positive impact I’ve made on my clients’ lives and spaces has made all the challenges worthwhile. The journey may have had its bumps, but the sense of fulfillment and the opportunities for personal and professional growth have made it a remarkable adventure.
