Today we’d like to introduce you to Christopher Agrinsoni.
Hi Christopher, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I was always into fitness due to my mother’s influence. I got into boxing because I felt it would be a good challenge for me. I started boxing when I was 14 and began training others outside of school with my mentor at the time. I worked with him for six years until I went off on my own. At 20 years old, I was getting my own clients and developing my own methods of training. My goal is to share my passion and knowledge for personal health with as many people as I can.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Growing up, I was never very athletic. When I went to my first boxing class, they told us to jump rope and I couldn’t get the rope underneath me once successfully. After the class, my mom told me we didn’t have to go back, but I was there again the next day.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
Personal Boxing and Fitness Trainer. I meet most of my clients at their residence, but they are more than welcome to request a session at a park, gym, etc. I bring all equipment needed and each session is about an hour.
How do you define success?
Success to me is positively impacting as many people’s lives as I can. I enjoy helping people regardless of my position in the world.
