Rising Stars: Meet Erica Wright of Atlanta Georgia

Today we’d like to introduce you to Erica Wright.

Erica, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Meet Erica Wright, the powerhouse behind The Wright Kloset which started in 2014. Born and raised in Philadelphia, PA, Erica embodies what it means to be a true Major Hustler. She started from selling t-shirts from the trunk of her car to styling the stars. With over a decade of experience in fashion and entrepreneurship, she has built a reputation for creating not only a thriving life for herself but opening doors for others to do the same.

Her journey has been marked by notable achievements, including the prestigious Black Gala Achievement Award in Pennsylvania (2017) and a Certificate of Achievement in Georgia (2023), just to name a few. But Erica’s hustle doesn’t stop there. When she’s not transforming clients’ wardrobes, you’ll find her reciting poetry, acting in films, or starring in entertainment productions, always bringing her magnetic energy to everything she touches

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Most of the struggles I encountered were my personal growth development . To become what God called me to do requires a certain level of discipline and sacrifices. I’ve lost lots of money, friends and a peace of myself that I thought I needed to thrive. The hardest part of it all was transforming into this new person to accomplish these great things. The more I lean into my faith in God, self growth and discernment the more the journey becomes easier.

Known also as Mrs. Major Hustler, I founded The Wright Kloset to offer more than just fashion, it’s a lifestyle. Through bespoke styling, luxury wardrobe rentals, and personalized fashion experiences, I help every client look Wright, feel Wright, and channel their inner alter ego with style and confidence. The energy I bring to my clients is like no other.

I am most proud of how God uses me to make people feel seen, loved & heard. Not often we run into people that makes us feel seen. To have that gift is a privilege.

I take pride in being different. While the world tells us we should be this way I choose to go my way, the Wright way. That’s what sets me apart 💪🏽
