A Rapper, Music Producer, Content Creator, Actor, Director, now on the road to be a Mogul.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It hasn’t been a smooth road. I’m 29 and my biggest challenge was getting out of my hometown. I had to work a full time job at a warehouse for 6 years in order to have enough money to move away. I worked there from 19-25, 40-50hrs a week, at a dead end job, where my ideas seemed unobtainable. People would look at my crazy when I said what I could do. I’ve gone broke multiple times from betting on myself. And I risked a lot to get to the position I’m at today. To be honest with you there was never one moment that changed my career. I never had that one hugely viral video or song that made the whole world discover me. It’s taken me countless hours. Countless attempts. A lot of failures. I mean A LOT of Failures but I keep going. I’ve always had this relentless spirit, this underdog story personality. I had speech issues growing up, I didn’t start talking until I was 7 years old, and I worked hard as hell to start speaking (I had to go to speech therapy for almost a year). Growing up my mom struggled with a sickness called “Cyclic Vomitting Syndrome” and thru that she got addicted to Opiates. She was in and out of the hospital a lot when I was 14-18, and I had to raise myself during those years. My life has always been a struggle and I feel like it will continue to be a struggle (hopeful not as traumatic as the way I grew up lol) but I know I will always conquer whatever is in my way.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I specialize in short form content, specifically Instagram videos such as public interview style content and dark humor. I’m known for so many different things its hard to say one lol. Instagram reels, Tiktok Content, Snapchat content, the Brocode Network, Modeling, Acting, theres always someone who knows me from something completely different. I’m most proud of being a full time content creator, I do a collection of things in the content space like creating shows with Collab Plus TV, doing content for brand deals under my main social pages, even managing and operating a TikTok live agency. Theres a lot of money to be made other than monetizing video content so I enjoy exploring those avenues. And I’ve always been a weirdo, I’ve never had to try hard to set myself apart from others. I take pride in my individuality, the way I carry myself and approach every task I’m handed sets me apart.
Can you share something surprising about yourself?
I’m a plant daddy, I have 7 plants about to get 3 more. I grew up heavy into landscaping, it was one of my first job’s when I was 14 and I was mentored by a retired florist. So I have hella plants in my crib and they are all taken care of lol.
