Hi Keecia, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
When I was a little girl, between the ages of 8 and 10, I first learned the definition of the word entrepreneur. From that moment, I knew it was the path I was going to follow. I remember thinking to myself that I would one day own my own business, simply because I didn’t want to spend my life working for someone else.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The journey has certainly not been smooth. One of the biggest obstacles I’ve faced was finding the right technology to bring my product to life. For years, I was told, “The technology you need hasn’t been invented yet, or it’s not available.” Marketing and financing my journey have also presented their own challenges along the way. But I know to KEEP MOVING FORWARD, no matter what!
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I come from a culinary background, with a focus on pastries—specifically cake decorating. Eventually, I retired my whisk to fully commit to my entrepreneurial journey. I knew the little tea-light flame that burned in the middle of my chest, for years, was my vision. I asked God to either extinguish it or let me bring it to life. The vision did not go away, and neither did the flame. So I jumped into my vision, nervous, but fully expecting to fly … and I have been!
My company, Spiritual Elixir, LLC, creates soul-nourishing 20-second inspirational video cards and bookmarks designed to empower individuals to tap into their inner strength, stand in their truth, and pursue their dreams. I am deeply proud of myself for choosing to go after what I want—for understanding that it is only when you step beyond what is comfortable that you become a witness to your own potential. Of course, there are moments when I feel nervous, afraid, or anxious, and I begin to question my path. But I recognize those feelings for what they are: signs that I am growing outside my comfort zone. In those moments, I remind myself to trust myself, trust my vision, trust my business partner—God—and to Believe In and Bet On Me!
I can’t say what sets me apart from others because I don’t compare myself to anyone. My journey is mine, just as everyone else’s journey is theirs. What I know for sure is that my hand will be extended to help other entrepreneurs on their journey, as I have been helped on mine. I know that I am fully committed and that I choose to work in silence. By doing so, I stay attuned to the quiet inner voice that guides me. When you focus on background noise, you lose clarity—but when you listen inward, you find your way. My business partner told me I am to … KEEP MOVING FORWARD!

Yes, there is one more thing I’d like to share with your readers: Go For It!
Do it nervous. Do it anxious. Do it even when you feel like you don’t know what you’re doing. Do it even when you think you—and your vision—are a little crazy.
Claim it. Be able—with absolute clarity—to define it. Because when you go after your vision, when you are crystal clear about what it is, and when you put in the work, you are calling it to order.
And then, watch as your vision opens up and reveals itself to you.
