Today we’d like to introduce you to Kendra Eberhart.
Hi Kendra, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Absolutely. My story has always been one of evolution, from structure to creativity, and from survival to purpose.
While studying Pre-Law at Georgia State University, I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease and later developed fibromyalgia and two rare skin illnesses. That moment changed everything. My path shifted from simply chasing success to redefining what strength and purpose looked like for me. Living with chronic illness forced me to slow down, listen to my body, and ultimately find deeper meaning in the work I do.
I started out in administrative and customer service roles, building my foundation in professionalism and organization. I spent years learning how businesses operate from the inside out. I learned everything from managing offices to handling client accounts and data systems. Those experiences at companies like Strafford Publications, Kinsmith Finance, and Anheuser-Busch gave me the discipline and people skills that still guide me today.
But while I was behind the desk by day, I was also stepping into the creative world. Soon, I began working as a brand ambassador, promo model, and stylist, all while holding my nine-to-five in administration. What began as event marketing work turned into something much bigger. I started realizing that I wasn’t just showing up for brands — I was building them. I was managing activations, coordinating production, styling sets, and leading teams. I was working with local brands and national companies, gaining clients ranging from emerging talent to established celebrities.
That’s when everything clicked. I decided to merge my corporate knowledge with my creative passion, and Savina’s Branding & Consulting Agency was born. Named in honor of my mother, Savina’s is a reflection of my heart: professionalism meets purpose. We specialize in brand consulting, styling, creative direction, and event strategy. We are helping entrepreneurs and creatives bring their visions to life.
Every step, even the hard ones, has led me here. From battling chronic illness to finding my voice as a patient advocate and founder, I’ve learned that your story is your power. And that’s exactly what I help others discover through my work.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Not at all. My journey has been anything but smooth, but it’s also been beautifully transformative. Every challenge has shaped me into the woman and entrepreneur I am today.
Living with Crohn’s disease, fibromyalgia, and two rare skin illnesses has tested me in every way possible. There have been hospital stays, missed opportunities, and moments where just getting out of bed felt like a victory. There were seasons when I had to pause my work completely to focus on my health… and at times, that pause felt like failure. But I learned that rest isn’t weakness; it’s a form of wisdom.
On top of my health challenges, I faced financial hardships and instability after losing jobs due to illness. I was balancing my own care while also caring for my disabled mother, and after the passing of my great-grandmother, who I cared for up until she was 102, I had to rebuild emotionally and financially from the ground up.
But here’s the beauty in it all: those struggles gave birth to both Beautifully Ill, Inc., my nonprofit for women living with chronic and mental illness, and Savina’s Branding & Consulting Agency, which became a platform for creativity and healing. Every obstacle pushed me to find new ways to turn pain into purpose.
No, the road hasn’t been smooth, but it’s been divinely guided. And through it all, I’ve learned to stop waiting for perfect conditions and start creating beauty right in the middle of the storm.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
At Savina’s Branding & Consulting Agency, we help people see their potential before the world does. We specialize in brand consulting, styling, creative direction, and event strategy. Understand, we are blending the structure of corporate branding with the soul of personal storytelling. Our mission is simple: to help entrepreneurs and creatives bring their visions to life with strategy, clarity, and authenticity.
What sets Savina’s apart is our heart. We don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach. Every client we work with — whether they’re a new business owner, a model, or a public figure — receives a brand experience that reflects their truth. We build from the inside out, crafting visual identities and marketing strategies that feel as good as they look.
I’m most proud of how far we’ve come without losing sight of purpose. My own journey through illness taught me that how you make people feel matters more than any logo or campaign. That philosophy fuels every project we take on. From coordinating sets and styling models for Spice’s Graci Noir clothing line during its website-creation shoots, to managing brand activations for Tito’s, Bacardi, and Post Meridiem Spirits, our work stands out because it’s built on relationships, not transactions.
I also had the privilege of leading marketing activations for Knotty Pretzels, where our in-store engagement campaigns performed so strongly that the product passed its initial sales test and earned placement on Costco shelves across all local locations. Watching a regional snack brand secure national-retail visibility because of genuine consumer connection was one of my proudest career moments.
At the end of the day, Savina’s isn’t just a creative agency, it’s a safe space for visionaries. We’re here to empower people to build brands that breathe life, purpose, and confidence. That’s what makes us different, and that’s what I’m most proud of.
Before we go, is there anything else you can share with us?
Yes, I want people to know that you don’t have to be fully healed to walk in your purpose. So many of us are waiting for the “right time” or perfect conditions, but truthfully, your purpose is already waiting on you.
If there’s one thing my journey has taught me, it’s that even in the midst of pain or uncertainty, there’s still room to create, to serve, and to shine. I’ve built my life and both of my companies, Savina’s Branding & Consulting Agency and Beautifully Ill, Inc., on that belief. You can build something beautiful even from the broken pieces.
So whether you’re an entrepreneur, a dreamer, or someone just trying to make it through the day, don’t give up on yourself. The vision you’ve been given is not random; it’s divine. Keep planting seeds, keep showing up, and keep believing that your story matters.
And to every woman navigating chronic illness, mental health challenges, or self-doubt: I see you. You are not behind. You are building strength in silence that the world will one day applaud out loud.
