Night Train, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Wassup my name NightTrain and this is my story. I got started with my music through my brother Melo (M3LO FullyLoaded). He inspired me to give it a shot because he makes music and in my opinion is one of the greatest artists of all time. Growing up I always had a little voice and a thing for singing. I sang in a choir when I was younger, performing in front of my school. So I was always into music but never really took that route, until I have seen my brother do it.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
It’s been smooth but there has been times where I wanted to give up. I remember the first time I came to Atlanta for a show just to not to perform. I drove all the way from DC to ATL to showcase what I got just to not be able to do so. There’s been little support back home everyone in the DMV don’t support one another so when you don’t got your city on back with you it’s been hard to keep focus and get your name out there.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am an RnB Artist I love to be able to go to the studio and Record. I’m known as the King Of RnB in the DMV. I’m most proud of how much I improved with my sound and how much exposure I’m starting to get. What sets me apart from others is me growing up around the older generation, and I take a lot of their heart and soulfulness from their music and just apply it to mine to create something New.
What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
Me being Optimistic, my Passion, me being Outgoing is important. The reason being is because if you want to do this profession you need two of these three traits. To have that drive and motive to get going.
