Hi Rebecca, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I got started just a laptop and a desire to create products and services for people who needed things to help promote their businesses and events. I have always liked creating things and decided to turn it into a business.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The road has not been smooth. I have struggled at first to pick up clients because I was new but as people see my work, they are contacting me. After I do work for someone they refer me to others.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I mainly do marketing products for small businesses. For example, I can create logos, flyers, brochures, business cards, and other items needed to promote an event or business. I am known for creating flyers and brochures. I am most proud of my ability to put what people want into a design.
Can you talk to us about how you think about risk?
I believe that if you don’t take any risks then you won’t know how far you can go. Taking risks helps you know what your potential can be. I have don’t know If I would say that I have taken any major risks. But I will say that I have put myself out there to grow in my business and my knowledge.
