Today we’d like to introduce you to Streetwear Fashion Week. Them and their team share their story with us below:
Streetwear Fashion Week will be September 2nd-5th. This will be eventful and full of celebration for Streetwear. Fashion, Art, Music, Food and more. This year 2022 will be our 1st Inaugural SWFW but not our last. Atlanta, GA will be our location where we will have this eventful week. We also want to share the SWFW platform to bring more awareness about mental health. We’re partnering up with the nonprofit organization “Bringing us Together” to do so. Bringing Us Together will be a part of our events and will give out information about the cause of mental health also.
Our goal is to show the Art and Fashion behind Streetwear while also using our platform for a cause. We want to change the perspective and show that Streetwear belongs in high fashion also. Everyone pretty much is a part of Streetwear Culture rather it’s artists, skaters, students, teachers, does not matter who you are.
Streetwear Fashion Week will give upcoming brands opportunities while also paying homage to the past. The events that will take places such as Fashion Shows, Panels, Meet & Greets, Contests, Powershoots and more!
We are going to bring the culture together every year. SWFW will become a staple for the fashion industry.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Since this is the first Streetwear Fashion Week event. The only struggle is to get people, businesses and potential sponsors to understand this will be something big. Also, it will give opportunities to different creators from all kinds.

Streetwear Fashion Week is about giving creators opportunities. Designers, photographers, entrepreneurs, stylists, artists, and more. We want to bring a fashion week for the urban community that will motivate them to keep going. We’re going to show people that there is a real fashion culture in Atlanta. Streetwear Fashion Week will be different because we’re showing that streetwear can high-end fashion also.
