I’m creative, driven and values based. I’m a serial entrepreneur and an awesome marketer. I lead with integrity and connection which helps me achieve goals and build lasting relationships. Okay, so here’s a deep one: Who were you before the world told you who you had to be?
I was so many of the things that life at that point told me were wrong. At least I thought. I was Black, Gay, curious, creative and loved Fashion. Living in a small southern one red light town didn’t always seem to support creativity and lend itself favorably to pursuing options other than working at the chalk mine or central state hospital.
When you were sad or scared as a child, what helped?
Pooh Bear!! Pooh Bear always made everything OK. I had a stuffed bear that I kept for years during childhood. I’m still a major fan to this day
Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. What’s a belief or project you’re committed to, no matter how long it takes?
Leaving people and places better than you found them. It’s our duty to make sure not only we live a full life ,but those around us as well. If I win and those closest to me are still losing then I haven’t won at all. Not truly.

I feel most at peace gazing up in the sky at the stars, on long walks with my fur son Ransom, listening to the song Peace Piece by Bill Evans. I feel at peace when I let go of the rush and honor the present moment. Peace finds me in the stillness of morning, in the softness of nature, in the laughter of people I love, and in the quiet strength of solitude. My peace isn’t something I chase — it’s something I allow.
