Today we’d like to introduce you to Yahnchelle & Adayja.

Hi Yahnchelle & Adayja, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
We started the business because we were interested in helping women in the beauty industry. We thought that post-operative care was a good start. So we got all of funds in order and decided to take a few courses and it has honestly gotten us to where we are today. We love what we do.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It really has been a smooth road for the both of us. We work together as a team through everything. We kind of piggyback off of each other and it works for us. We both have strong points we bring into the business and that’s what we focus on. It balances us out. So we really never stress about anything because we know that the other person is always there.

We’ve been impressed with Figure 404, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We are fairly new into the beauty industry but highly qualified. We specialize in post-operative care, eyelash extensions, teeth whitening, lipo cavitation, body waxing, and so much more. We’re just an all-around spa.

What sets us apart from others is that we truly care about the clients we serve and we love what we do. We started this just by talking on the phone one day saying we need a change and here we are.

We offer lymphatic drainage massages and we are mobile around the entire Atlanta area. We are also adding different services every day and taking multiple courses so that we can be on of the most highly qualified beauty spas in the state. We also would like to expand our brand outside of Atlanta. We want to see the word “Figure” in front of every area code if we can.

Networking and finding a mentor can have such a positive impact on one’s life and career. Any advice?
Yes! Get up and Get out! By that, we mean talk to people. Honestly, word of mouth is everything to us. We would say pop-up shops and trainings have helped us network the most. Also, Facebook and Instagram is everything. You can find trainings, create events, market and do much more.
