Life & Work with Kristina Wiltsee

Today we’d like to introduce you to Kristina Wiltsee.

Hi Kristina, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Anna and I met twelve years ago at a Vipassana Mediation 10-day retreat in Southern Georgia. Over the years, we have grown in friendship and also served as catalysts and mentors for each other. We decided to create a podcast to share with others our insights, self-discovery, struggles, and hacks. The podcast, THIS SPIRITUAL FIX, is for people looking for support, resources, humor, and good conversations.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Like all things, it’s always changing. There are times when we love the podcast, and there are times when the podcast makes us recognize our flaws. The podcast is only four weeks old but THIS SPIRITUAL FIX has been consistently charting in the top 150 Spiritual podcasts. So, despite some minor challenges, we would say we are beyond grateful for it being so well received so early on in its course.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Our podcast deep dives into some probing questions: What meditation works for you? What is it like to do tantra? How do you best communicate with a loved one? How do you heal from grief? How do you get unstuck from destructive patterns? We share our personal stories, hacks and tools for “fixing” our lives. And the ultimate understand that, ironically, there is nothing to fix. If you are interested in finding a deeper meaning in your everyday life and enjoy all topics spiritual, you won’t want to miss our show. THIS SPIRITUAL FIX can be found anywhere you listen to podcasts. And the ultimate understanding that, ironically, there is nothing to fix.
