Today, we’d like to introduce you to Tacara Williams. Tacara was introduced to us by the brilliant and talented Justace DeVine.
Tacara, can you walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
Hi my name is Tacara Williams aka DOLLFACE, and this is my story. I’m from a small town called Beaufort South Carolina, I moved to Atlanta about five years ago. I’ve always thought I was pretty and love taking pictures for myself never to share with others. January 2020, I got really sick and lost a lot of weight I had to gain back my Confidence, my energy everything. I wasn’t really fond of myself I didn’t really take pictures or going out after I got out the hospital. My first picture I posted on Instagram I got sooo much love back, it took that one picture and my manager (justace) to encourage me and step in front of the camera. Justace has always talk to me about modeling and pushing me towards it, I really do appreciate her for that.
Let’s talk about your work and career – what else should we know?
What I love most about my work, my pictures give off my energy, the sassy part of me. All of my work is sexy, it takes me out my comfort zone but in a good way. Everybody that I’ve ever worked with has always gave me good energy, has help me better myself as a model, and how to handle myself when it comes to business. I want my readers to see the real me, everything I’m doing I have fun with it, nothing is force on me. My style is unique, I’m open to try new things, I think that’s what my MUA and stylist love most.
As you know, we’re big fans of Justace DeVine and SHEISDEVINESTYLES we know you’ve worked with them quite a bit as well. We’d love to hear about your experience working with Justace DeVine.
I started working with SHEISDEVINESTYLES March 2021, since then she has opened many opportunities for me. She’s always on it, I really don’t think managers receive enough appreciation. Starting my process with modeling was easy she made it simple, after I signed my contract, I will be booked for a photo shoot within a week she started applying me for casting within two days of signing with her. I can honestly say she’s about her hustle, she moves fast but models live a fast life anyways.
