It’s time for Sunday meal Prep ! One of the biggest meal prep complaints I see is many grow tired of eating the same foods, and trust I know the feeling. However three foods i never get tired of: apples, bananas, and pineapples . Pink lady apples are my fav and I love to start my day banana/pineapple/spinach green smoothies .
