Today we’d like to introduce you to Prabha Raghava.

Prabha, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
We carry a lifetime of memories & few treasured moments in our lives that bring smile & joy in quiet reflection. Tours Limited is committed to giving you just that on their tours promising to deliver the most happening & the most enjoyable trips down memory lane.

The company was established by CEO, Ms. Prabha “Pabs” Raghava, in 2008 with the objective of arranging packaged/customized tours to passengers coming in from India.

This has grown into a global company with passengers coming in from all over the world. They not only provide tour services in America but cater to inbound tourists visiting Canada, South America, and Mexico.

What was your inspiration in establishing a company in America specifically for the Indian market?
Pabs: I was employed at a leading travel agency in India prior to moving to America after marriage. I took a break from work & raised 4 kids. After the kids completed high school, I was looking to do something to keep me occupied. I can say that my love for travel & the experience that I had gained in the travel industry in India made the choice pretty easy for me. I started Tours Limited in the year 2008 with the desire to provide the very best travel experience to the traveling customer. At first, I decided to concentrate on the Indian diaspora as Indians have now become a global community & are living far & wide. I was passionate about providing superior tour packages to the Indian community & in a way forming a connection with the country of my birth & the country I am living in now. Also, for parents of the first generation settled here, language is a huge barrier. So, we decided to have a packaged itinerary that is conducted by a Hindi speaking tour manager to make them feel at home & also provide them Indian food as this is very important to them to have “ghar ka khana” at least once a day. We are extremely happy with the idea of providing these services to our fellow Indians.

What products do you offer?
Pabs: We offer group tour packages, customized/individual itineraries for Leisure, Corporate & Student groups. We are also an authorized seller for educational programs at Kennedy Space center, Disney, Universal & Seaworld.

We offer group tour packages which is our company’s flagship product that is meant specifically for people who do not want the hassle of trying to plan their vacation. They can choose from the set of packages & dates that we offer & just pack their bags & join us. The USA is such a huge & wonderful nation that it becomes overwhelming for someone coming to America for the first time to try & figure out what to see. We have standard packages for East coast, West coast, and a combination of East & West as well as Grand USA package including Orlando & Cruises.

What defines your company’s strengths?
Pabs: I would like to say, my team. We are an all women company. They are all housewives doing an amazing job of balancing family & work. More power to these Women. For me, family is very important as I myself have 4 kids. So, I understand the importance of a structured life.
Interviewer: Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?

Pabs: We control the majority of the market coming to America from India & Dubai. Our primary goal will always be to ensure that we take good care of each & every customer visiting America. We want them to go back with happy memories. We give them the best possible service with delicious Indian food & excellent Tour Directors who conduct the tours brilliantly. We are a responsible company & we will fulfill and exceed the expectations of our customers. So, take the first step with us & we will show you the country the way it is meant to be seen.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
To get more visas for passengers and students to come into this country.
