My wife, Nancy, and I wanted to bring a Pub & Fish House to our neighborhood.
Has it been a smooth road?
It’s been pretty smooth with normal restaurant challenges along the way.
So let’s switch gears a bit and go into the Six Feet Under Pub & Fish House story. Tell us more about the business.
We pride ourselves on serving great food at a fair price in an environment that is welcoming to all. I am most proud of our community involvement.
How do you think the industry will change over the next decade?
With so many new restaurants there will most likely be a fall out due to the industry being over built.
