Meet E’Asha Kemp of miniBOSS Entertainment in South Atlanta

Today we’d like to introduce you to E’Asha Kemp.

E’Asha, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
My program was created from the desire to make a dream happen for my daughter without the slightest idea of where to begin. By then, three years old, Emoni received so many compliments and suggestions that she should be a model. After trying to reach out to other Moms with kids in the industry and receiving the cold shoulder, I began my own research. Once I had a process that worked for my daughter and I, she received a lot of success.

As Emoni’s career grew, so did the questions from parents who had the same aspirations for their children. What started off as a hobby helping parents brand their kids, morphed into a multi-talented development group for children ages 3 to 18. miniBOSS Entertainment takes pride in building confidence, character, and well-rounded entrepreneurs. MBE is proud to have over 40 children in our program building the next models, dancers, actors, artists and more! Even though our company is shy of two years old, we are constantly growing and expanding!

Has it been a smooth road?
Having a vision that is somewhat unfamiliar to most is often times rocky, especially when you’re the youngest innovator on the scene. Countless sleepless nights and long days of what sometimes seems to never end. “This is my vision, I can’t expect anyone to be this dedicated about my dreams because they’re my own.” Blood, sweat, and tears go into miniBOSS Entertainment everyday! Even through the rocky roads, I look at my children present themselves so fearlessly confident. At that moment, I feel every bit of gratitude flow through my veins. That is why I do what I do. For them.

miniBOSS Entertainment is a development group that specializes in entrepreneurship, modeling, acting, dance and more. Our kids come to us for various things such as our family bonds, training, confidence promotions, entrepreneurial skills among other things. No matter the desire, they all have one common goal which is for their child to be successful doing what they love.

We are most proud of all of the hurdles our children have surpassed from their everyday lives so that they can see for themselves just how amazing they are.

I project MBE to become the next Motown of Atlanta in the entertainment industry. We cultivate diverse children with similar hobbies and turn those same hobbies into profitable brands. That is just one of the many traits of a miniBOSS!.

Is our city a good place to do what you do?
Atlanta is definitely a great place to start a business such as miniBOSS Entertainment. Our city is perfect for fashion, modeling, acting, and entertainment in general. Moving to Atlanta with the desire to be in the industry of modeling and acting is very promising due to the growing film industry, runway fashion shows, and projects.

With such rapid growth, miniBOSS Entertainment is vital to the development and creations of young miniBOSSES all over. We are here for your “Where do I start?” moments because we’ve been there too! Together we will build a generation of undeniable success.
