Meet Isaiah Brooks of VisionforStyles

Today we’d like to introduce you to Isaiah Brooks.

Isaiah, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
After graduating from Kings Fork High School, Suffolk, VA in 2015. I started working at an urban streetwear store called Komplex Boutique where we sold brands such as Hudson, Black Pyramid, Vierichie, And EPTM just to name a few. I began to receive a good and consistent clientele and was recognized heavenly on my style/styling. I worked there for seven months before moving to Atlanta for school and to pursue a career in Fashion. I, then, got a job at Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5th as a Sales Associate/Style Advisor, where I’ve been there for almost three years now. I wanted to take a more professional outlook and started my “ VisionforStyles” Fashion Styling Website and Business in 2017. Building my portfolio, earning a name for myself and getting more exposure/clients.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc. – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
It hasn’t been a difficult road but it hasn’t been a smooth road either. The one struggle that I face is meeting that RIGHT entertainer or celebrity that will jumpstart my career and put me in the direction that I always wanted to be in. It’s a process though, I will continue to grind and be patient until that opportunity presents itself.

So let’s switch gears a bit and go into the VisionforStyles story. Tell us more about the business.
VisionforStyles is a Fashion Styling Business aimed to please the client’s Fashion requests and interests. Specializing in Personal Shopping and Personal Styling. I personally am known for my unique style and creativity. I like to stand out from other people and businesses when it comes to the way they handle their Fashion Schemes and Aesthetics. I live by my Slogan, “Creativity. Vision. Confidence” when carrying out a service for a client and even for my own personal gain. That’s what sets me apart from other people and businesses.

Has luck played a meaningful role in your life and business?
I have had good luck, many opportunities have been presented to me and I’ve worked hard to get to where I am.
