Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Some of the struggles along the way was balancing my personal career and business, finding the right people to work with me and new parents not understand how the business works and need to have patience.
Adorable Talent – what should we know? What do you do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
My business is known for developing and placing talent in the industry. I work with young singers, models, and actors. I’m most proud of bringing more faces of color into the industry. I remember being a young talent myself and being a rare face at my bookings. That motivated me to want to bring diversity into the industry. Of course of work with all talent because I’m about diversity. What sets me apart from others is my work ethic; I’m in the field, I’m traveling, I’m working on the creative end, I’m helping develop talent and I’m placing them or bringing them deals.
What is “success” or “successful” for you?
Success to me is not only growing and building myself but helping others do the same. Success to me is being happy with my life, doing what I love and creating a legacy.
