Meet Lo of The Warehouse 782 in The Historic West End – Atlanta

Today we’d like to introduce you to Lo.

Lo, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
The journey that led me to where I am today as a self-employed entrepreneur was not planned it was one of those things that just evolved. It all sort of started off with the street art on the face of the building and people was just attracted to it.

It literally went from ”nothing” to The Warehouse 782.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Absolutely not! There was nothing smooth about the coming of Warehouse 782. There were many challenges and barriers.

I can honestly say that it was all worth it. I get to be my own boss and my business is now known as one of the hottest spots for film/video production in Atlanta!

Please tell us about The Warehouse 782 – what should we know?
Warehouse 782 is unique. We pride ourselves for our versatility but primarily we are a hub for video and film production. We’ve had artists such as Migos, TI, and Syleena Johnson shoot their hottest music videos here. We provide an authentic raw look that Videographers and Directors Love.

I’m most proud of being able to provide young creative individuals with a platform to showcase their talents and we have become a big part of the hip hop community in the West End. We welcome everyone. We’ve had independent artists, upcoming production companies, Grammy-nominated artists… people of all kinds! We are happy to be that place that can connect with everyone!

We are unique. We are original. We are real. In an industry full of facades we provide our clients with a building full of raw. original character. Clients don’t have to do much to change if they come here to use what only we can provide.

Any shoutouts? Who else deserves credit in this story – who has played a meaningful role?
I have to first give thanks to God and then next to my family! We are a family business.
The original started with my wife when she mentioned it seven years ago. My oldest daughter was the one who named it “The Warehouse 782”.

My daughters help me with the creative concept behind the building and help the business connect with the young creative community in Atlanta.

My sons did were the ones who did Graffiti that makes the building what it is.

My clients are always supporting me, always spreading the word and giving ideas to help enhance the experience at The Warehouse 782.

The concept behind the mural was “let me put a mural on the building so people would stop tagging the building” and it evolved from there.

I give thanks to my community. It’s an amazing story of divine intervention. Everyone played a part.
