Meet Superstar Jb of Jabious Productions in Atlanta

Today we’d like to introduce you to Superstar Jb.

Superstar Jb, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I’m an artist from South West Atlanta, GA. I’m a recording artist. I’m also an actor. I featured in a couple of tv shows such as the Tales on @Bet directed by Irv Gotti. Internet tv series step up 2. I also have an independent movie that I starred in by the name of No way out directed by Wylout Films. We are actually working on part 2 now. Currently, I’m also working on my first Ep that goes by the name of Jealous  Behavior that will be dropping in September. I’m a hard worker in the entertainment industry. A lot of labels have been reaching out to me as I stamp my name in these Atlanta streets. I’m currently independent and sign to my self. That’s a little about me.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
On my road to stardom it has its ups and downs. I get booked for a lot of shows. I try to find time to take care of my son record and built the platform and the vision. After dropping my first independent film and getting some terrific feedback, it made me want to take my acting career to the next level. It’s kinda just easy for me. It’s like I was born to act. My family has been through much these past years. Going through those obstacles has help me stay focus and remember who I’m doing it for.

We’d love to hear more about your work and what you are currently focused on. What else should we know?
Jabious Productions is basically is a catalog and resume with all my music videos acting roles I have played in and music I have wore for other artist. I’m looking forward to signing other artist and talented individuals to my production team. What I’m most proud of so far by building my company is that I have a team that’s behind me and believe in my craft. After finishing projects and actually seeing the product just gives you a different feeling inside. What set me apart from Others is my originality. I like everything to be pure as possible and to make sense.

What were you like growing up?
Growing up, I always felt like the odd one out of the group. I knew I always had something in me that would bring out the best of me. I played sports in high school and college. I was always the pretty boy, just smile and keep it moving. Most of my family called my antisocial but what they really don’t know is that the whole time
I was thinking of a master plan.
