Thanks for sharing your story with us Justicee. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I always wanted to chase my dream of being an Entrepreneur but never knew where to start or how to begin. Shortly after becoming a popular dancer in Atl in Jan. 2018, I used the popularity to build my company Heavenly Lashes by Queenbee LLC. No one took me seriously which left me to learn more things to help my company like building my own website, designing and directing my own commercials, creating and designing my logo and boxes with a good friend of mine as well as paying for all behind the scene investments and products myself. Having only a lash strip line, I wanted to offer more for the word from Heavenly Lashes, I enrolled in a Lash Extensions Program, receiving my certification. Soon after, I opened my first shop Aug. 2018 in Greenbrier Mall with no clientele just passing out flyers to get my company out there, selling strips doing makeup and Extensions for a low price. Anything to let people know that Heavenly Lashes was open for business. Slowly, as my company started to grow, I was forced to close due to a broken jaw and a horrible breakup. Starting over with nothing but my company to fall on and have as an income, I got back up and went for it again! I had faith and believed in myself! In Feb. 2019, I relocated to Six Flags Dr, an area I was well-known in and started in a barbershop and quickly build my clientele but I wanted More for Myself. Only making enough for booth rent, I decided to add another trade to my company. Offering Lash Classes for other women in Atlanta and traveling to South Carolina, teaching them the skills and knowledge I learned and gained from the field and boom! It was a wonderful thing! seeing the joy in these young ladies eyes and helping them start their businesses and chasing their dream, I knew this was what I wanted to do. But God!! He had even more, bigger plans for me! I slowly saved up money and soon relocated down the street into my own shop!! My dreams are finally coming true! I have my own nice suite where I now offer my Lash Strips, Extensions, Lash classes in which I’ve had many graduates, branding and marketing classes, logo creation and makeup. You can call my shop a Beauty Spa! God has really blessed me and soon, I’ll have my own office building and spa. I learned that it’s not where you started or how you start but where you finish that matters, and if God can do it for me, trust He can do it for you. 🙂

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc. – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Having no one believe in me in the beginning, paying for everything out of pocket, having to start over may times, not being able to speak due to a broken jaw but had to work and promote my company alone and no one to depend on but myself.

So, what’s next? Any big plans?
To open a large spa in my own building in my local area.
