Vanessa also is known to many as “Nessa” was born on the beautiful Island of St. Croix U.S. Virgin Islands. Nessa found her passion for fitness through hard times and seeing friends and loved ones suffer from obesity, health issues & ever since that moment, it’s been history since then! Her passion for women’s health & fitness lead her to her path of being a Master International Certified Cycle, Personal Trainer & Group training instructor. Her style is Intense, High Energy & it’s sure to make you sweat! If you are looking for a challenge, she will do just that! Some call her “Spin Dragon” and more! She specializes in a balance Healthy Lifestyle, weight loss & keeping your WOMANLY NATURAL FIGURE WITH CURVES. “She enjoys what she does”.
Nessa has a gift to empower, strengthen and touch lives everywhere she goes. Her lifestyle has impacted many that have continued to follow her journey. Nessa has a passionate heart for others”. She spins to various types of music, however, she focuses on all Gospel, Caribbean and Afro African Music/Beats that keep your heart rate pumping while burning calories and trimming fat. She’s a dedicated wife and proud mother of two beautiful daughters, Ja’lynn, and Jada.
Nessa uses her God-given gifts to empower and touch the lives of those she loves dearly. She then took that gift and used it to glorify the Lord by helping people of all walks of life to take better care of “their temples”.

Has it been a smooth road?
This journey has not been a smooth road but hardships and detours are custom made. Our struggles are specifically designed to form the testimony of God’s work because He wants to trust us with his perfect plan. In life many have experienced the same sufferings but we have to EXPOSE what we compartmentalize or it will resurface in hardships or relationships. I’m also reminded that my purpose is better than your pain. “Weeping May endure for a night but Joy cometh in the morning.

My proudest moment is starting a business and purchasing my equipment cash without owing anyone or creditors.
My maturing spirit also treating every human the same no matter the size.
Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
As a little girl growing up on a island often times going without however our parents always assured us the God will provide. Also seeing my dad and mom work day on and day just for us to have. I’m reminded about the scripture that speaks about FAITH.
Hebrews 11: Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

I am devastated to just learn of Vanessa’s passing this week. I give God ALL THE GLORY for creating her and for allowing me to say that truly, she was my friend. I take solace in knowing that in Christ Jesus, she has eternal life and pray for the grace and mercy to see her again in heaven. As you can see, SHE HONORED GOD in her work….and so I pray that he inscribes her name in THE BOOK OF LIFE accordingly.
Vanessa was a one in a million and we are all devastated by this loss. But in the midst of it all, I still PRAISE HIM AND DESPITE MY PAIN I CAN STILL SAY..HALLELUJAH! And thank you Jesus!
