Meet Brittany Bell of BrittanyB Events

Today we’d like to introduce you to Brittany Bell.

So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I had a very interesting start into the wedding and event industry nearly ten years ago. I remember one day going door to door to floral shops in the city asking if I could just work for free and shadow them. I was eager and passionate and wouldn’t take no for an answer. That same day I had an interview for a position. I got the job and worked as an assistant for a start-up company… Within two years, I worked my way up to be the event sales manager for a historic event venue. After four years of planning and preparing, I transitioned into my planning and design business full time. I worked hard to get where I am today but I am a woman of faith and I know that my steps were order by God.

Has it been a smooth road?
It definitely is not always an easy road. I have put a lot of time, research, and financial investments into my business in order to be successful. It’s a struggle balancing work and personal life especially since my busiest workdays are on the weekends during what would be family time. I have sleepless nights, tearful moments and stressful situations thrown my way but, I truly love what I do and I don’t take it for granted!

My company is Brittany B Events, LLC. My team and I plan and design upscale weddings and social events. From sweets 16 parties to luxury baby showers. We love working with people who want something extra special for their big day. I believe life is about celebrating milestones and we help our clients do that in an extraordinary way!
