Clifford, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
Phone Rush was started by accident. Life will provide us all experiences where we will gain both learning and in some cases introspection. After what seemed like a bad experience of leaving my phone atop my car as I drove off, and watching it shatter in my rear-view mirror, I knew immediately I needed another phone. One major problem, I only had $36 dollars in my bank account, and my carrier cheapest phone was $199.99 or a flip phone. Also, I was 2 years away from my “free upgrade”. I knew how to save money buying used cars, however, I had never tried searching for or buying a used phone. After many searches, I found no reputable business I could walk into, buy a used phone, and save hundreds of dollars. I thought how good it would be if a store like that existed near me. I realized there was none. This was a problem. I carry the knowledge of knowing in the Chinese language, the word for problem is opportunity. A light bulb moment at the time unrealized that there had to be hundreds if not thousands of people like me in my exact same situation. The kinda situation like sitting in the lobby of an auto repair shop only to realize there are dozens of people simultaneously in your predicament. I realized I could help myself and others by turning my problem into an opportunity to create a solution. I began buying as many used phones as I could find, and sold them at affordable marginal prices to people like myself who would have been otherwise stuck, having to find a way to spend money they didn’t have. I later earned enough helping others, to open the walk-in store from my initial imagination of what a walk-in store for cheap used phones as a solution would look like. My imagination became a reality, and since 2007 until this say I meet hundreds of people looking for the solution I created 10 years ago. Phone Rush developed into a turn key financially quality filled alternative to having to over pay for a new phone. The truth is 7 out of 10 people don’t have cellphone insurance. Phone Rush serves those people. Phone Rush serves those who want to save time of money in meeting the necessity of having to buy another phone.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
It has not been a smooth road, my craft has been refined over a 10-year period to provide the highest quality of smartphone at the lowest possible prices with a warrant.

If I had to start over I would not do anything differently, the process of becoming influenced the improvements that new customers enjoy today.
