Brittany, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
My name is Brittany Belt and I am the Chef as well as the Owner of “Speechless Kreations”. Speechless Kreations was founded in 2016 and it is all about providing people with different and tasty food along with great catering services. Cooking was something that always fascinated me since I was a kid, I started cooking when I was just 7 years old. My childhood was mostly spent in the kitchen with the women in my family. Today, I am living my dream and I can proudly say that I am a versatile cook. (I am also known as Chef.B ). I could cook with different chefs learning new techniques from all around the world.
I am graduated from Le Cordon Bleu (culinary school) with the highest distinction, my main motive is to provide a fresh, healthy and delicious food experiences to my customer so that they can save time on shopping, planning & cooking food and spend more time on what they love and want to do. I believe that a recipe must have a soul in it and bringing the soul to a recipe is a thing that only a good cook can do. I have always focused on using quality ingredients and bringing forth the best recipes for my customers.
From formal small tasty meals to formal dinner parties and full-service catering, Speechless Kreations is always available to deliver stress-free, tasty and unique food experiences to our customers. Our main priorities are customer satisfaction and on time delivery. Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
One of the biggest challenges I have faced in my career is understanding that I am good enough. I struggled at the beginning with believing in myself. Today that has all change I stand behind my brand and my business. I have received so many great reviews about my cooking that has helped me and my business grow in many ways.

Speechless Kreations is a catering business that specializes in all things speechless. (Lol) Meaning there isn’t anything dish that you can throw at us that we couldn’t recreate with adding our creative spin on it. As a company, we are most proud of the way our customers rave over the great tasting food we provide. What sets ya apart from other catering companies in the fact we add our twist to many recipes. When in the lab creating new recipes we like to try many different techniques so that you want to get that basic chicken Alfredo you asked for!
If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
I wouldn’t do anything different my trial and error are what made me today. Successful, self motivated and a great chef.
