Meet Dariel Williamson of Pretty Much A Boss

Today we’d like to introduce you to Dariel Williamson.

Dariel Williamson is a 24 yr old well established serial entrepreneur born in Jacksonville, Fl. Facing many challenges over the last few years from homeless, privation, and the death of her child’s father. Dariel quotes “ It was hard. But I had to overcome those tough trials which were used to motivate and push me to higher limits. “ By doing so, she decided that the only way to overcome her life challenges was by building a successful lifestyle. The young business mogul started her entrepreneur journey in 2016 at the age of 19. Shortly after starting her own adult novelty business selling adult toys out of the trunk of her 2002 Hyundai Sonata, hundreds of women in her home town were intrigued by her hustle. They all wanted to know how she did it? After successfully opening her own adult store The Doll House Fantasy at 21 years old. Dariel then offered to assist those that simply wanted to better their lifestyle as she did all while being a single mother to her 4 yr old daughter at the time. Starting a business program Pretty Much A Boss LLC ( formally known as Build – A – Boss ) for women to overcome life challenges and build a successful lifestyle by becoming their own boss. This program is strictly designed for women that want to boss up overall. Make more money, better their living situation, and become successful. In which over 600 women have registered in the U.S in less than two years. Dariel quotes, “ I can’t leave them behind. I made it out the hood and I want to help women better their lifestyle too. I had to send the elevator back down to bring them up with me. Starting my business was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made in my life. I’m in a better position than where I was when I was working a 9-5 and living off of $300.00 a month. “ The first-day Dariel opened her business in 2016, she accumulated $1,500.00 in 2 hrs. Dariel quotes, “ That was the most money I ever made in my life in one day. She states “ I never went back to work or thought about a job after that. “ In July 2019, Dariel’s small business earnings were over six figures in 30 days. Dariel plans to use her testimony and business education to help women level up and show them that there is hope and success is possible. No matter your background or where you come from, you are destined for greatness. When Dariel is asked what would be an inspirational quote that she would like to pass on to those whom she inspires, what would it be? She quoted “ Life will try to beat you. But you gotta beat life. “ – Dariel Williamson

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
It was my personal life that I struggled with it was rough. My childhood and adult life was hell up until I started my business to better my lifestyle. Growing up without a father figure, in and out of juvenile detention centers, runaway at 15, growing up in poverty, etc. I was impregnated at 16 years old and had my first daughter at 17 years old. When I got my first place, it was in the hood and I was on welfare at 18 years old. My daughter and I were living off of $158 a month. I was tired of struggling. I decided to create an opportunity for us instead of waiting on one. Here I am 24 yrs old and well established.

So let’s switch gears a bit and go into the Pretty Much A Boss story. Tell us more about the business.
My second company is Pretty Much A Boss. A business program assisting women with overcoming life challenges and building a successful lifestyle by becoming their own boss. I specialize in helping women start small businesses or side hustles to increase their income and build a better livelihood. I’m known for being an inspiration to others and helping women overcome their struggles by motivating them through my testimony. I’m most proud that through my company, women have been able to buy their dream cars, become financially stable, build a better lifestyle for their children, become better women etc. I’ve helped over 600 women in the US. What sets me apart from others is that I made it out and went back and got more women to make it out too. I give women hope that they can accomplish anything. I teach women that you can grow up poor but that doesn’t mean that you got to have poor dreams.

Has luck played a meaningful role in your life and business?
The role that luck has played in my business, I would say good luck. My business saved my life. My business saved my daughter’s future. Because of my business, I was able to move my daughter and I out of the hood in a nice luxury neighborhood and purchase my first home at 23 yrs old.
