At the core of our philosophy is the belief that as moms, we have the power to do it all. Under the umbrella of The Mommyprenuer Company, she created The Mommy Galleria, a business suit line where 30% of the proceeds will be put into a grant and donated to the Mommypreneur foundation to help moms start businesses. To date, Sieria has donated over $5,000 in scholarships to help moms with business startup funding. She’s a firm believer in giving back to her community & being an advocate for women in business. Sieria’s goal is to use her platform to empower women to chase their dreams and create successful companies.

Has it been a smooth road?
My road to entrepreneurship was not easy at all. I started my first business in 2011 called “Everything that Glitters is Gold” lol I still laugh at that name, but it was a consultation business to help moms who have been through Domestic Violence. It failed because I didn’t have enough resources to push it forward. In 2013 I used my rent money and started “Shee Blasian Heels,” an online shoes and clothing boutique but it failed because I also didn’t have enough resources or funding to build it and because there was nowhere I could go for help and assistance.

In 2014 I started a Foster care business for teens aging out of foster care but it failed as well. But in 2015, I had finally found a business that was successful, which is my current business, “Building New Pathways,” A Home Healthcare Company for the elderly. I currently have over 20 employees and just celebrated five years in business.

Please tell us about The Mommypreneur Company.
Building New Pathways – A healthcare company is creating pathways that will change lives forever through technology and health. My goal is to provide health care services in every state and provide the best healthcare services to members in their homes.

The Mommypreneur company – A Mommy empower that offers Coaching, Mentoring, Events, scholarships, and the ability to connect women from all over the world so they can learn, connect, and grow.

The Mommy Galleria – A one-stop-shop for moms and women entrepreneurs who are looking for the best business attire and for moms looking for the perfect mommy and me matching wear.

The Business Coworking Lounge – The Business Coworking Lounge was designed to make your entrepreneurial dreams a reality. At the core of our philosophy is the belief that as moms, we have the power to do it all. When we set our minds to an objective, nothing stands in our way. We built our co-space for moms with the idea that together, we can help each other make the journey to success a lot easier. Being a sister company to The Mommypreneur Company, we have learned that in groups, we can really find the critique, advice and support we need to see things from a different perspective. As we go about our daily lives, it can often feel like we’re alone in our efforts. However, when you come together at our co-working space for moms, you will begin to see things from a fresh perspective. This can really help you take things to a new level.

Annual Mommycations – An annual travel trip for moms to take a break from motherhood and work life. Each year we travel to a different destination for four days and three nights and have a retreat that includes learning workshops, Mommy conversations, Chef cooked meals, yacht parties, self-care sessions and so much more. We just completed our Mommycation Miami October 1st-4th, 2020 and it was phenomenal.

How do you think the industry will change over the next decade?
The healthcare industry is not going anywhere; it’s going to continue to grow. So I’m excited to see how tech and health will come together in the future. Coaching, women empowerment, and women conferences is here to stay because so many people need coaching and conference to learn how to grow their businesses.
