Meet Future Stars Pictures

Today we’d like to introduce you to Future Stars Pictures. Them and their team share their story with us below:

Future Stars Pictures was started by Manie Hodge. Manie is Filmmaker in Atlanta and Comedian who has since at least 2016 has recruited talented actors, entertainers of different kinds. His first All-Female Comedian Documentary will be releasing soon. He also works closely with Aaron Allen, who he has hired to do the Marketing and promotion. lastly, Future Stars has Investor Leroy, who helps Manie with the financial part as well, but the group includes many others who have dedicated time and money, but everyone gains notaries as much as possible. “A Mil Wit A Key” is Future Stars’ debut film that has already won a nomination in the “Black Film Festival of Atlanta.” More to come from them, such as new movies and other projects.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It has been a fun journey with bumps along the way. For example, we have had to endure changing multiple different directors who didn’t work well with our productions. Also, we have had to deal with actors passing and a few more things that have tried to destroy the vision. “A Mil Wit A Key” was supposed to be released with a big release event during the early part of 2020 but of course, because of the Pandemic, we had to postpone much like all major films and shooting, but we plan to still release it soon.

 Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
We are mainly a film-making group of Entertainers and business representatives, but we possess the different talent to produce other related forms of entertainment. We have and employed scriptwriters, actors, actresses, directors, and more. We stand apart because of the large group of different talents that we are more than proud of as all of them have their own skills and focused. The First example would be Actress/Model Asia Morris, who works in a modeling group in Atlanta, “Do Models,” and she stars also in “A Mil Wit A Key”. Next would be a comedian and podcaster, Shannon Thomas.

We have been featured in one of the popular social media comedians, “Kuntry Wayne,” in Kuntry Wayne’s last comedy skit, where there are over a hundred thousand views. As Founder, Manie Hodge is a comedian as well and is looking to work with other comics and has done many stand-up shows around the country, and now is available to do shows when invited and or hired. Aaron Allen is an author and writer who has published books for himself and for others, along with having a traditionally published book too. Currently, Aaron Allen is releasing a new inspiring Children’s book this month of August (2021) called “Happy,” which is a positive story about a kid who enjoys his day in his wheelchair and stepfather and the rest of his community.
