Today we’d like to introduce you to Lynda Esther BravebeautyQueen.
Lynda Esther, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
My name is Esther. I am commonly known in the business industry as the Bravebeautyqueen. I come from a scientific background working as a Quality control chemist for a renowned pharmaceutical company in Rockville, Maryland Few years ago , I decided to move to Georgia with my family so when We moved here the job market was paying very low for my field so I decided to become an entrepreneur and I proceeded to take couple training classes and found my niche in the beauty industry; which I’ve always loved and enjoyed anyways and the fact that working for myself will allow me to take better care of my little kids & to have more time to attend to them do more activities travel more and pick them up from school just gave me that boost that I needed in order to start up
I took a leap of faith and I opened my own business.
How everything started?
So one day I wanted to get my eyebrows done and I’ve decided to get them micro bladed so I went ahead and booked an appointment and when it was time for me to pay the ticket was almost $500 which I paid and I was just curious because as I was coming one lady was leaving from getting her brows tattooed and I was leaving another one was coming in
so I kind of felt curious and asked the lady who was going to do my brows how she got into this business and she was very open and told me that she took some training classes and was willing to give me more information about it.
once she gave me the information about training, I decided to sign up for class & took even couple more trainings in permanent make up, and even more beauty trainings for several other services.
Few months later I was licensed and permitted to perform PMU services.
It took me about a year to perfect my craft a lot of sleepless nights few tears here and there but fast forward I was determined and focused! Giving up wasn’t an option!
Few months later I was able to open my own beauty spa in Atlanta Georgia.
My clients were very happy with the services that I was offering and some of them kept asking me if I could train so that kind of gave me another idea to start training others and I took some instructor training to start up the beauty academy
As of today, I have trained hundreds of students from different states and most of them are very successful in doing permanent make-up of the eyebrows. and one thing They always admire about my training is that I give them so much valuable information and never hold anything back from my students! The fact that I had to take several classes and few tears to get it made me want to give my best to those who invest in my business. I give them more than expected so they won’t have to do multiple classes here and there!
Serial entrepreneurship
Today, I own a PMU Beauty spa & Academy, but I also started beauty suites rental to other support beauty entrepreneurs like me.
I also have a natural hair oil brand which is perfect for hair regrowth @ibcareorganics
I write ebooks as well as started trading currencies.
Charity :
I am the Founder of Queen Esther Foundation, a non profit organization which aims to help orphans and abandoned kids in need. I do believe that in giving you can never lack. It brings so much joy in my hearth to see these kids happy and enjoying what we do for them as a whole.

A whole passion:
I love what I do and they love what they do often times I have students who will send me pictures of their work send me pictures of the new beauty spa and it just makes me happy to see that I’m making a difference in people’s lives as a trainer I get to meet wonderful ladies wonderful people and hear their stories. some of them are single moms, domestic violence survivors, some of them will tell me they hated their 9 to 5 jobs and are looking forward to build their own empire, few train with me as a curiosity and still keep their regular job but choose to do brows on weekends to earn extra money on the side.
I have also learned marketing and branding in the process so I can share that in training with my students
I’m on a mission to inspire to change to help to educate and to beautify every single woman who comes to me for either service of a class my goal is to teach other women about the importance of financial freedom and making sure they do something that they love
And not just doing it for the money I’m explaining myself I have a few clients who are cancer survivor patients and it always brings so much joy in my heart when I rebuilt the eyebrows that they lost during chemotherapy that’s a mission that’s not just a beauty service it’s a mission when I train I like to educate my trainees about the importance of sanitation, cleanliness and safety in general for every client that will come in this is more than just a service it’s a mission.
I do believe that we would have a better world if each of us will take their work very seriously, work hard on it as we would for any corporate job and naturally love it rather than just a beauty service that’s done in exchange for money.
it’s about changing lives about improving lives!
last year I trained a student who was a single mom used to be homeless almost lost everything she invested in my class and today she owns a very popular permanent make up studio in Miami. she dedicated herself to learn and she was very intentional about succeeding in this industry, I was so proud of her.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It hasn’t been an easy road overall but it has been a very successful one nothing you do life is going to be a peace of cake but you just have to keep pushing while working hard.

Brows Beauty and Wellness Spa is a licensed permanent make up Spa Located in downtown Lawrenceville Georgia we specialize in feeling sparse areas of the eyebrow using hairlike strokes (Microblading) or powder like strokes (Microshading).
Good news!
This year we decided to add another array of non surgical weight loss services including Body sculpting( Radiofrequency, Wood therapy, Laser Liposuction, Cavitation). The demand is huge.
Our goal is to bring back a smile on every lady who visits our spa. We also help other aspiring entrepreneur women with setting up and creating their own beauty spa. We are proud to be among the best PMU trainers in Atlanta. Our brand has become a whole culture and mission. Our mission is to inspire and empower other ladies who have a dream about becoming their own boss.
Can you tell us more about what you were like growing up?
Growing up I always wanted to help others and share my knowledge with friends and family. I enjoyed reviewing math and science class work with my peers and help them solve problems when they needed my help. Failing in class was never an option for me I would be the one forming study groups.
