Meet Londyn Richie of The Progressor

Today we’d like to introduce you to Londyn Richie.

Londyn, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?I’d say the most notable part of my story began when I decided to move to Atlanta. In Atlanta, I began doing promotions and working in bottle service. While doing bottle service at some of the best clubs in Atlanta like; SL Lounge, Compound, and Republic I noticed that many women get stuck there and often misuse their funds. I decided that I wouldn’t be that woman. I saw a space for change, not only for me but those like me. I wanted to be the woman that makes it out at a young age and comes back to show that being in the service industry is just a stepping stone to your dreams.

I did exactly that. While still working in bottle service I enrolled in Georgia State University and received my degree. I then obtained my Real Estate Licenses in both Georgia and California. I was able to become debt free while being a dual student and working in the service industry. I began reestablishing my personal credit and building business credit. Overtime with the knowledge I’d gained I developed my personal brand, The Progressor.

I stand before you now as Londyn Richie the CEO of multiple six-figure businesses. I take much pride in elevating my knowledge and changing my life. From retiring my boots from the club, to retiring my mother from her job. I am now operating a family business which is my luxury rental car business, The Progressor which is a business dedicated to helping individuals to start, grow, and fund their business, A Girl That Slays is my real estate investment company, and I am currently the youngest African American, most requested commercial realtor in Atlanta behind businesses like Toast on Lenox, The Broiler, Shoe Doctor, and more!

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
No, the road to success has not been easy. However, when you are moving with intention and expectancy, the journey becomes so much more exciting. Every piece of my journey has a purpose so I learned to embrace the good, the bad and the ugly and use whatever outcome as a piece of my story.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
The Progressor is a brand dedicated to helping entrepreneurs start, grow, and fund their businesses. Many people believe that cash is king when credit is truly power. Understanding credit and applying hard work has played an extreme role in my success. That’s a huge part of my brand message with The Progressor. I want the world to know that entrepreneurship can be truly rewarding and understanding how to leverage other peoples money (OPM/The Bank) makes the journey to financial freedom a lot easier.

I’ve developed a mentorship that is about having complete financial literacy. My initial goal of being the woman that came back to share the knowledge I’d found has really expanded into something colossal. I’m teaching and personally guiding each of my mentees to financial freedom. Knowing that there is good credit and bad credit is so important. There is so much information that has been hidden from us and through this mentorship I am able to share my knowledge as I continue to gain it. I am different from many people in my industry because I am real, raw, and relatable. I’ve had bad credit. I’ve worked jobs. I’ve had repos before but now I am the CEO of multiple six-figure businesses – something I manifested. I know that if I can do it, you can too. Most importantly I am really doing this and teaching as I grow and elevate. People can relate to me, they can feel me. I am sincere and impactful in all that I say and do. Intentional!

Is there anyone you’d like to thank or give credit to?
G O D when you are alone and you’re feeling the blues sometimes it’s just you and him. However, my mom, my fiancé, my friends, my siblings, my IG family, everyone. Anyone who has believed in me sold me a course or mentorship, helped me along the way, I thank you. People have been good to me and that’s exactly why it is my duty to teach and show others the way. I want to thank all The Progressors.
